workout wednesday: wicked hard circuit workout

As you may gather from the title of this post, today’s workout is wicked hard. I know this, because I did the workout and halfway through I was like “whoah, this is wicked hard.” Though it’s only 24 minutes, it will leave you feeling the effects throughout your whole body.

Set your interval app for 48 rounds of 30 second intervals and repeat each circuit three times before moving on to the next one.
