workout wednesday: 20, 30, or 45 minute circuit workout

Another workout wednesday! This one has three options for the total time of the workout. For equipment, you just need some hand weights and a mat. Using your interval timer app, set the rounds accordingly based on the length you want to complete. Check the graphic below for how many rounds and seconds of work and rest.
