workout wednesday: toning cardio circuit

Guess what day it is? Come on! Yes, it’s hump day…but it’s also…dun dun dun…workout wednesday! I’m sure this already exists somewhere, but I decided to make it a thing on the Bandit since I’ve been creating a lot of these circuit workouts lately. And I just like making them look pretty, so I figured I’d share! Remember last weeks? Did anyone try it? I hope so. For this one, you need an interval timer. I just use the free app on my iphone. Set it for 30 second rounds (repeating at least 35 times) and repeat the following circuit three times:
