why you should ditch your ab workout

Ever heard the phrase “Abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen?” Well, it’s true, except most people focus on that first part when they should really concentrate on the second part. You don’t need to be dedicating a whole workout to abs. Don’t fall for those cutesy Pinterest ab workouts that have you doing all sorts of crazy crunches and shit. Everyone already has abs, they’re just covered by fat. In order to “get abs” you need to be cutting back on your sugar intake and watching your carbs. You can do a few sets on abs a couple days of week to help define them, but you won’t ever see them if you’re not eating right.
