I typically make a creamy protein shake after my workouts, but the other day after yoga, I was craving something fresh and fruity. This tropical smoothie will transport you to the beach with one sip. Add some rum and you’ve got yourself a mango daiquiri that you won’t find anywhere else. An alcoholic beverage with health benefits, what could be better than that?
In a regular mouth mason jar:
- 1 cup coconut water (I used pineapple flavored)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cubed mango
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
Blend until smooth!
