I love smoothies. They’re fast, portable, and delicious. I’ve been making this sweet, creamy post-workout shake every day the past week. It’s like dessert in the morning, but it’s nutritious and filling. The ingredients are similar to my green protein smoothie, just without the spinach.
In a small mason jar:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon PB2 (or natural peanut butter)
- 1 teaspoon ground flax meal
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend until smooth!
