Last night we got pizza and watched a movie for a low key valentines day, so I didn’t have any healthy leftovers to bring for lunch today. Before my workout this morning, I cooked up some quinoa to throw in my lunch bag along with microwaveable frozen green beans and a hard boiled egg. At lunch time, I heated up the beans and poured them onto the warm quinoa and ate the egg separately. Voila! Quick nutritious lunch.
